Based on this stuff, can anyone tell me possiblly if this intercooler would fit without cutting.....at work n dont have time to do all the researching......

thats a big no.... unless you remove the bumper support, the largest core you can fit in there is about a 24x6x3. the height is the problem, because the distance from the bumper support to the bottom of the front facia is only about 6 inches. now if you go thinner than 3". something like 2" then it can go behind the bumper suport and you can get away with 11" tall, but it would get less air, and do a pooer job than the smaller size 24x6x3

also, size doesn't equal quality. a better core, such as a Garrett will make a bigger difference than a cheap core twice as big.

I agree, that intercooler is a little too big. Even my hiboost FMIC need to do a little cutting(very little).
