just got the new SCC......seems mazda has spent all their advertising money as they have discontinued the 2/3 month protege ad in the front of SCC :)

also worth noting, SRT-4 is the SCC Car of the year for 2003...

no i'ts a brand new issue. It won a brand new awward from SCC. It beat out any new sport car available in the US by March 1st.

That was last month. This is a new month and a new article. There were no second or other rankings. Just the winner of this award.

I don't think its on stands yet. I subscribe so i get it pretty early. You guys usually have to wait a week. It's the Jan issue i think.

as messed up as it is, i think it might be the feb issue. i believe they made reference to the 8 car shootout which was "in their january issue"

i dunno, dont have it in front of me right now and im too lazy to get it. Big yellow ITR on the cover..

yep, that's the issue. I don't have it in front of me either so I can't be sure. But it's not the same issue as the 8 car shoot out just to make that clear.

lol....it says FEBRUARY 2002!?!? If I'm not mistaken the new year will be 2003...right!?!?!

Anyway the SCC "Car of the Year" issue is the Feb...just arrived today.
