Heel and Toe in an MSP

Hey MSP owners,

Any of you heel and toe and if so, how you find it in the MSP?

Does the turbo's implementation prevent smooth heel and toeing?
(due to lag up-rev and slow rpm drop down-rev)

Sparco pedals and their positions good for this also?

i don't think people in the USA have done it but maybe the canadian owners did.
