Hey Guys, this is my first post so please be patient with this newbie ;) . Im in the process of doing a JDM BP18 turbo swap in my 90fwd. I have never attempted this before, nor did I go into this with enough info and knowledge to pull it off. The motor came with an ECU and complete wiring harness.
Ive run into a number of issues. First of which, Im getting no fuel at the rail. Fuel pump is not turning on. It was fine before I pulled the motor. Im still in the process of figuering it out.
Secondly where can I find a 5 pin MAF from a turbo model. Why is this sensor different from the one in the NA proteges (7 pin)? Is there any way I can use my exsisting MAF?
Is there any decent write ups on this swap that I could be referred to?
