I just came back from the dealer and he said that my front cross member bar was loose so they had to tighten it.....is he talking about the strut tower bar? And how bad was it that it was loose....would i have any damage?

Not sure what he meant by cross member. If it was the strut tower brace, no, you wouldn't have any damage. Most cars don't even have them. They are just there to reinforce/stabilize the suspension a little better.
If it is something else, I don't know. Not much of a car geek, but I'm learning quickly!

I just looked at the service manual and that seems pretty serious. If all the bolts came off your whole front end would litterally separate. There are two crossmembers the main 2" black bar on the underside connecting the two A arms and the engine crossmember which supports the weight of the tranny and engine.
