Just curious what you guys think is worth it in terms of dollar per horsepower when buying mods. Try to keep this in terms of mods for MSP, since you can do way cheaper mods for much more power given a different engine like a v-8 or whatever. What is the max you would consider paying for one horsepower, or do you not even look at it this way?

isn't the average like 100 bucks for every HP? last time i really pondered it that was about what i had spent on all my other cars, so i'd probly say around that...

tha doesn't seem right...if my supercharger (as-is) is $2600 that means it should only make 26whp.... Turbo kits for $3500=35hp... It may be more like $60-75/hp.

I personally dont think of it like that unless I'm knit-picking over tiny mods..like a $60 K&N filter gives 3whp or a $10 paper filter gives 1hp...

ya your right, i need to remember that i'm coming from a world of N/A, where expensive mods, net less gains, without going FI...

i'd pay around 60-70 for 1 hp, time to vote :p...
