Recommend a Raleigh area body shop

Had a minor fender bender in my new Mazda 3 last week. I am trying to handle this without going through insurance since a coworker/friend hit me.

Shops I am already considering are Fosters, Paragon, Al Smith (dealer) and a place called Cary Automotive Specialists (they handle all of Capital Ford/Mazda's body work).

Any first hand experience with these shops is welcome as are other suggestions to shops that do good work in the Raleigh Area.
