I will admit that I slacked a little in taking care of things but I have no intention of keeping money from anyone and not delivering what they paid for. i also travel for work so sometimes I get behind in personal things but I have not done that with intent to have people pissed at me.

Vince sent me my paypal refund just now. Here is my story, I paid for the passenger side hatch panel $50 way back on March 16th. I sent him a picture of the exact part I wanted. Shipping information got screwed up 2 times, and he never used a tracking or delivery confirmation number. Finally he supposedly purchased the part I wanted from an actual dealership, that part arrived May 7th, almost 2 months after I paid. Guess what it was the wrong part. Finally today after he was "out of town" I got my money paypaled back.

I'm glad this saga is finally over, I was getting ready to just right it off as a bad internet deal.

I would like to formally apologize to the members of this board. I am sorry that I caused such delays in shipping. To be honest I put some things on the back burner while my job got a little crazy...but I should have still lived up to my word....and for that I am sorry. We all responded to the plight of buyers who were waiting for their money or parts for a long time, and never got them. That, and no contact resulted in a lot of people posting about it. As far as being out on business, thatis like posting something on ebay for sale, then going out of the country for a month. Why do that? I guess most of us are too thoughtful of others, and would expect if an item is paid for, to receive it in a timely fashion.

Nascar admits he "slacked off" on this, and has refunded money, in response to many people posting that he may be a scammer. It is nice of him to follow through and take care of all the buyers. I just hope they are all refunded as needed, and we can move on.

And if Nascar does decide to sell anything from now in, he knows that there are a lot of people here on the forum trying to watch out for each other, and that he will complete all sales as they happen. For that, Nascar, I thank you in advance, and I apologize if anything I said offended you, and thanks for remedying the situation.
