now here is the catch/issue. Look what i see on some stupid bitches Jeep.
I already accused her, but im not 100% sure it was her, and she says she didnt do it, but people driver her car often. It isnt enough paint on hers to make it obivous, but the blue is pretty close. I told her im gonna make her pull up right next to my car, and see if the hieghts match. Im also gonna make a police report tomorrow, and show the cop her car as well. Is there any way i can pinned this on her, if she doesnt admit to it??

You should tell her you know it was her car, and no matter who was driving she is legally responsible. You now have pictures of both cars, you have paint samples matching her car that were taken off yours and paint samples matching your car taken off hers. Her options are to either handle it through your insurance where she will have to pay the deductible, or handle it through the police where she will be charged with a hit and run, have to pay her deductible to cover your damages, and have her insurance rates go up.

sucks to see that bro. . but at least its only the bumper and not any body parts of the car.. .the bumper can come off and can be replaced easy. . . not the quarter panel though

make sure that you get a pic of the car where you can see both the damage and a license plate...that we she cant say "thats not my car" and repair the damage

Wow. This seems to be happening a lot. I got less scratches from my hit-n-run in the parking garage and more DENTED and WRINKLED hatch
I know have ~$1k damage that I cannot afford to pay for and since I recently had my car broken into I cannot afford to do another claim either.
Some people just need a baseball bat to the kneecaps...if you know what I mean.

get a cop and get a paint sample off her car before she scrapes off the blue paint. And its not really a hit and run (thats if it was a person), but it is leaving the scene of a crime with failing to leave information which is an offence.

I'd call grissom over at CSI, and have him bring the team out!
But that sucks, I've had that happen to me before :(
Good Luck with the cops or golf club which ever you choose!

Good deal! Book her, Danny... I mean, Pauly.
I like TX Speed Demon's idea. You could tell her that it matched and there's no way around it, she might just break.

Actually it is a hit and run, at least according to my state farm insurance agent who supposedly called the police department in an effort to convince the woman who sideswiped my wife's pathfinder in our old apartment parking lot.

thanks for feelin for me, I finally got some nice days to wash my car, and it still looks great, aside from my new bumper damage.
I had the girl whos jeep it was drive right up behind me, and her bumper would have hit the front of my bumper, not the top like it did. Although if she jumped on it, i guess her car could have lungged up, but i cant proove much. She said she "definitly" didnt do it, so i guess there isnt much i can do. I have the police report, i just need to get some estimates when i get home for the summer, before i call my insurance.
my poor car :( looks like i gotta pay for this one.

don't call your insurance...your premium will probably go up higher than the cost of you replacing your 5 with a full set of aftermarket body kit

the entire bumper removal and reassemebly plus dent fix, paint removal, sanding, priming, and color coat took me an entire day with some breaks in between. if u get touch up paints, there is that leveler (basicly a solvent) you can use so that the touch up paint doesn't look as if it's sticking out the older paints. then you can use some rubbing compound and a good coat of wax and you might just get an okay finish.
best of luck getting you bumper to a close to original shape.
