I never thought It would happen, but it did. I blew my turbo a while back, and then blew my diff the second day I was home to take it in to the shop. So i towed it in on Monday, and it's back out again on Wednesday! They had the diff in stock?! and the turbo in in a day! They didn't even give me any hassles about the gauges and such! Of course I took everything out that had a hint of performance associated with it. I just though I'd post a little optimism about stealerships, since they seem to give us so much hassle. Good luck to all of you when your parts destroy themselves, as mine did at stock boost and 25,000 miles:-(

I think it would be funny if you could squeeze another diff out of them after your build. If you took the car in the same way how could they tell. Aside from it being the second time might raise a red flag. But built engines are normally accomanied by bigger turbos and bigger intercoolers so it would be a dead giveaway

haha i wish man...i doubt it though, at 20psi it's not gonna last long. I need to look into other options for when that blows up.

I thought about it...I could always put the original side-mount and t25 back on it. (If i don't sell them off as a kit, that is) and take it back to mazda, say, hey, it blew again, fix it! haha....in my dreams, right? On the positive side of things, I HAVE taken my car to them with the boost controller and gauges on before and they didn't notice/ didn't say anything/ didn't void the warranty. It was an absent-minded moment on my part, and I think I got a little lucky. But maybe they're a little more lenient about that kind of thing. Who knows.

haha, somehow I think that plan might backfire on ya. Mine blew at stock boost...It had been to 10psi once, but that's it. Somehow 15 seems like it might give away something. 15 will most definetly be seen with the new motor though.
