I have an 03 es and i am looking to put an Injen CAI on. I contacted Injen and they said they don't make an application for the es. I thougth the es and the p5 were the same under the hood. Can anyone shed some light on the subject, and does anyone with an 03 es have a Injen CAI?

While on the subject of Injen, do they make an engine cover for the Protege? I saw on an episode of Tuner Transformation a Toyota Scion XB got a chrome makeover under the hood and Injen sent them a polished engine cover. I would love to have that go along with the CAI I have. Anyone have a part # or pic of it?

K & N's re-usable air filter is the same way. Even thier on-line catalog only lists the P5. I sent them an e-mail about is once, and they sent a reply saying they indeed make one for the sedan. I already knew that, I was trying to tell them it isn't listed as being made. Oh well. . . . .
yea Injen CAI is the same for p5 and sedan. I got injen in mine

only difference between the 3 intakes available is stuff for engine sizes
the 1.8 continues the sizing through, and is nice and constant
the 2.0l intake is bigger but the same fitment as the 1.8
and the 1.6l intake is made to fit only the 1.6... different MAF adapter
