Fuel Relay Problem

I have a 1991 626 DX...I am not getting fuel to the motor from the fuel pump, I tested the fuel pump and it is good. I was told to check the relay, but the wiring diagram I have can't be right, because there is nothing that I can see that matches what they say.
I'd love to just take to the shop, but I can't afford that...lol
Can anyone help here?

OK, well I don't have a fuse anywhere that says fuel on it. The manual says the relay I was told to look for is under the dash, drivers side, I must be blind...lol

Problem started by the car dieing once in a while. The times between got shorter and shorted till like it now, won't start at all. :(
