saw this guy last night around Rea Road. I was goin to the movies and his shit is NASTY fast. It's blue with the subaru rally graphics all around and gold wheels. i was nailing 4th with everything i thought was safe and he was on my ass the whole time and he pulled away from me sooooo fast when i got out of the way. (not that i think my car is very fast but...) anyways, we got into the parking lot around the movie theater and he wouldn't pull over. i just wanted to talk to him but oh well. there were a lot of "tuner" cars at that theater and as i was leaving around 1am i saw "Dev" again leaving as well. There were also a bunch of guys in a parking lot gettin told off by the cops. so anyways, just wanted to see if any of you protuner guys knew him.
