2004Mazda3: Are you looking to wire everything up with a switch? You could just put a fused switch direct from the battery and turn it on like that, just making sure to remember to turn it off when you shut the car off ;)

good time to ask, I am trying to replace my head unit today for me LED kit, I have it grounded to the floor, I will dig up my camrea in post some pics later today

its about an extra 50 to the wheels, and then if you turn you radio off, and roll you window half way day its about ab extra 70 !!!

I think the problem was the sarcasm with the whole "i hear they add HP" bit of your post. Also, the term "rice" implies bad things and quite frankly, as it has come to my attention, there are a lot of people who are sick of asking questions (serious questions) and getting responses like "OMG! RICE!!! OPEN WINDOWS ADD HP!!! STICKERZZZ!"

There's enough of that stuff on these boards already, so I would ask that unless someone is looking for personal opinions ona modification, please leave all the "rice" and "OMG ADD HP!" comments OUT of these threads where people are looking for advice.

actually.. if you roll your window down, it adds drag.. more wind resistance.. you lose HP...

Actually, you only add drag, the engine will still make the same HP. The added drag will have no effect on your engines ability to make power.

i have the leds on mine and i think i tapped 12+ off the of the power going into the alarm box in my msp. i'm sure there are plenty of fused 12+ sources under your dash. just tap one and then put a spade on your ground and attach it to a screw under your dash. just be sure it's secure. took me like 5 mintues to get power to them. took 2 hours under the car to run the wires how i wanted them

Yeah mine is grounded on the floor, and its not working propery i think i might have to move it

I want to drill "Fast and the Furious" into the side of my car and put neons behind it so in the dark people will just see "Fast and the Furious" blow by them.
