i need camera help

I am new to the digi world, and i took pictures that i would like to post that i had promised. I have no idea how to insert the pictures into my thread, can anyone help. I can find my pictures but am have no luck inserting shots

if they are on your computer then this is what you do.
go to usercp->upload files(on left)->browse->click on images in your computer you want to upload->click upload->the images will apear as links, click on them and copy the adress from the adress bar of your browser-> paste in post with [ i m g ]link[ / i m g ](without spaces of course)
