Hey guys, I am just think what if I get a adapter and a filter, put them right after the MAF. Would this work? or maybe put a short Pipe+adapter and filter after the MAF?

yeah, that works just fine. i used to have it that way. i had the apexi power intake filter on the end of my maf. now it's on the end of my aem intake.

If you are still using the stock intercooler you will lose power because it sucks so bad at lowering the air temp. In theroy, yes, it works. In practice you're better off getting a CAI untill you get a better source for cooling the air you are sucking in.

If it were me, which thank god it isn't... I would suck it up and BUY A CAI. Dont mess with the ever tempermental MSP. You will have filter chunks going through your pipes if you're not careful. Bad joo joo.
